What language will we need to learn?
Portuguese is the official language, but only about half of the population speaks Portuguese. Lord willing, we will plant a church in a Portuguese-speaking area of Mozambique.
Will we be working with anyone in Mozambique?
We will be with another missionary for the first several months while we learn Portuguese. During this time, we will be researching and visiting specific areas in Mozambique in which we can plant a church. After this, we will “pioneer” an area and start a work for the Lord on our own.
Why is most of Mozambique young people?
There are many factors that contribute the the young average age in Mozambique. Poverty and lack of access to medical care is a major contributor to the lower life expectancy in Mozambique.
What do I have to do to get to heaven?
